Gusto House offers a range of classes from yoga and pilates to sensory classes for babies. Have a look at our weekly schedule below.
Monday
Mornings:
10:40am Pure Stretch - Rise and Shine A mixture of stretch, core strength, balance, and meditation.
12:00pm Men On Mats Come on guys, get down and improve your flexibility and core strength.

Evenings:
5:30pm Warble and Lark Children’s Choir: Starting January 26th, 2026, this is a brand new Musical Theatre Choir for children aged 8-13, offering a fun and engaging way to build confidence and performance skills. To book a place or find out more information, please email warbleandlark@icloud.com.
7:30pm Hot AF Pilates - This class combines the precision and control of Pilates with a heated studio, helping you to boost your strength and flexibility as your muscles warm up faster and deepen your core work with an extra challenge

Evenings:
6:30pm - 6 Week Beginner Introduction to Yoga: Begin your yoga journey with this 6-week Forrest Yoga course for complete beginners, running every Tuesday from January 6th to February 10th, 2026. Held in a small, nurturing group setting at The Studio, this course focuses on breath-work, alignment, and inner strength.

Mornings:
9:45am - Parent and Baby Stay and Play: Sessions for children aged 0-2 years, offering unstructured play in a calm, beautiful space run by an Early Years Teacher. Parents can connect with others and enjoy drinks and treats.

Afternoons:
12pm - Yoga with Grounded Yoga Collingham. Meg’s yoga classes are friendly, inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of ability or experience. Modifications and options are provided throughout. Each class ends with breathwork and a beautiful guided relaxation.

6:30pm - Brave Space Forrest Yoga with Polly. Expect a warm, embodied practice to help you breathe deeply, feel fully, and rebuild strength from within.

11am - Physio Led Pilates: Join this physio-led Pilates class every Thursday morning at Gusto House, suitable for all abilities. The investment is £11 per session or £55 for six sessions, and pre-booking is required.
