Gusto House offers a range of classes from yoga and pilates to sensory classes for babies. Have a look at our weekly schedule below.

Monday

Mornings:
10:40am Pure Stretch - Rise and Shine
A mixture of stretch, core strength, balance, and meditation.

12:00pm Men On Mats Come on guys, get down and improve your flexibility and core strength.

Evenings:
7:30pm Hot AF Pilates - This class combines the precision and control of Pilates with a heated studio, helping you to boost your strength and flexibility as your muscles warm up faster and deepen your core work with an extra challenge

Wednesday

Mornings:

Adhoc photography sessions with Munchkin Baby Photography. Booking in advance is required.

Afternoons:

12pm - Yoga with Grounded Yoga Collingham. Meg’s yoga classes are friendly, inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of ability or experience. Modifications and options are provided throughout. Each class ends with breathwork and a beautiful guided relaxation.

6:30pm - Brave Space Forrest Yoga with Polly. Expect a warm, embodied practice to help you breathe deeply, feel fully, and rebuild strength from within. (Beginning Wednesday 5th November 2025)

9:30am - Step. A fun and energetic workout that combines choreographed movements on a raised platform to improve cardiovascular fitness and coordination. An enjoyable way to get your heart pumping.
